New Transportation

I must correct the entry from yesterday because I gave credit to the wrong person for discovering the Lazy Boy chair in the Co-Pilots chair. Thank you Kendall for the terrific discovery. It will really make my naps more enjoyable when Reta is driving. In case you are wondering who she is I managed to take a picture of her at her job.

OK so maybe it was a Halloween Picture but she did work for the picture.

Today we sold the RV because we decided to try crossing the country like the pioneers Lewis and Clark did years ago. Here I am trying out our new mode of transportation. I'm looking for my Sombrero to keep the sun out of my eyes.

Here is my "trainer" Kendall yelling at me to keep my hands up and back straight.

I have to say that our RV training has been pretty tough here in Solomons Island. We never ended up going to work on the RV because we were distracted with other activities. When you are in a beautiful place with some great friends why bother with training. Deb and Charlie have really made us feel relaxed and like this is our home. Yes, they even gave us a key but the truth is I think we lost it already. Here is a picture that I took of the view from their house. Chuck Barger would really love it here also because there are military planes that come by sometimes.

Just so you think we didn't sell our house here it is with it our friends.

Well, it was a great day and maybe tomorrow if we run out of other things to do we might venture into the RV.
