First Night

We are getting closer to "officially" starting our trip. Reta and I spent our first night in the Road Hazard and it was great. Very comfortable and warm. Too warm for Reta. Imagine that! This is the person who is always wearing 5 layers of cloths just to stay warm.
Yesterday we drove the RV up to Baltimore to see my parents and show them our new home. They are going back to Brazil in January so this is probably the last time I will see them on this trip. Of all days to drive, we had to pick yesterday. I'm sure you have driven your car when it's really windy and you have felt the car get pushed around. Well, imagine driving something that is 40' long by 12' high. Its like a huge sail! I drove up and Reta drove home so that I could get my afternoon nap in. The trip went well. The wind just made the driving very interesting.
Today we are headed off to Mananas, VA to purchase the last few items missing in the biggest RV store in the area, Camping World!
The plan is to hit the road tomorrow and start heading to warmer weather. We are heading to...
