We spent the last night here in Hope town, Bahamas. It was our first experience on a sail boat with wind gusts of 35. She was rocking and rolling all night long along with heavy rain. Hey, who cares, we are in the Bahamas!
Today the weather cleared up a little so we explored the island some. There is a light house nearby that we climbed up to check out the views. Incredible! After a little swim we jumped into the dinghy to catch happy hour at the local pub.
We are going to settle in for some good conversation and some more drinks. Later we'll watch a movie and hope the weather clears up for our next destination.
